Plain terms for using Hormone Helper, from Ravenwood Tech.
Hormone Helper records what you tell it and does arithmetic on it. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for a prescriber, a pharmacist or a clinic.
The app will never tell you to start, stop or change a dose, and neither will the assistant. Where it shows a target range, that range is one you entered because someone treating you set it — the app ships with none of its own, on purpose.
Decisions about your body are yours, ideally alongside someone qualified. If something in the app disagrees with your prescriber, your prescriber is right.
Use the app for your own record. Do not use it to break the law where you are, and do not use the assistant to try to obtain instructions for harming yourself or anyone else.
The app does not judge how you obtained your medication, and it will not lecture you. That is a deliberate choice about dignity, not an invitation to treat it as a clinical authority.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control, for as long as you like. You do not own the app itself, and you may not resell it, decompile it, or pass it off as your own work.
Your record is free: up to 2 medications with doses, supply and reminders, up to 3 blood tests, the daily check-in, the places that still hold your old name, discreet mode, export and delete, and the crisis lines. Those never sit behind a payment.
The full app is a subscription, monthly or yearly, with a 3-day free trial once per Apple ID. It adds Budulai, reading labels and results from photos, Near you, Your people, reports, drafted letters, documents, and removes the limits. Prices are shown in the app in your own currency. It renews automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends; any unused part of a trial is forfeited on purchase. If it lapses, the record stays exactly as it is and the free version carries on.
The app works completely offline; that is the design. The assistant needs our server, and our server is one person's hardware — it can be slow, and it can be down. When it is, the app answers from your own record on the device and tells you which one answered.
We do not promise uptime, and nothing in the app should be relied on as the only thing standing between you and running out of medication.
Delete the app and it is over; everything it held goes with it. If you made an account, delete that from inside the app first, or it will continue to exist without you.
The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law where you live allows, Ravenwood Tech is not liable for loss arising from your use of it, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to what you paid for the app.
Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be signed away.
